Refund Policy

We want you to get your number. This policy explains when we refund and how to request one. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Money-back guarantee
If the FAA rejects your transfer for a reason attributable to us — for example, a problem with the reservation we hold or with our filing — we refund 100% of your purchase price. If a number you ordered turns out to be unavailable before we deliver it, we refund you in full.
What isn't covered
Refunds do not cover problems caused by inaccurate information you provided (such as a misspelled name or wrong address on the FAA filing), your failure to renew a reservation after it is in your name, or FAA fees already paid on your behalf once a filing has been submitted. The FAA's $10/year renewal fees are paid to the FAA and are non-refundable by us.
Before a filing is submitted
If you change your mind before we file your transfer with the FAA, contact us and we will cancel and refund your order, less any non-recoverable third-party processing fees.
How to request a refund
Email northboundcapitalllc@gmail.com with your order details. We respond within two business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
